Job Title: Intramural Sports Officials/Scorekeeper/Time Keepers
Hourly Pay Rate: $8.55 – 9.00; Dependent on Experience

Need 12+ students to work 6 -12 hours per week. Open to all Students *Work Study Preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Officiate Intramural Sports (IM Sports) leagues and tournaments in a fair and impartial manner. Seasonal and Traditional Leagues include: flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, and other various sports and tournaments.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings.
- Provide staffing at special events and provide event supervision as needed.
- Assist with setup and tear down of events.
- Provide schedule availability to IM Sports supervisors each quarter.
- Willing to accept extra hours and responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- Ability to calmly execute conflict resolution under pressure in critical situations.
- Must be highly organized, dependable, and self motivated.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Willing and able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience with officiating preferred; will receive on-the-job training.

Job Title: Collegiate Sport Clubs Supervisor
Hourly Pay Rate: $9.00
Department: University Recreation

Need 2 students to work 15-19 hours per week. *Work Study Preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of and effectively communicate program policies and procedures.
- Ensure all participants have completed a waiver prior to participation.
- Ensure all participants have submitted insurance information.
- Track expenses for each club (collect receipts for all transactions and log them).
- Ensure the club officers are performing their duties.
- Maintain records for inventory management.
- Ensure accident and incident reports are completed and turned into the Sport Club Office.
- Assist in the coordination of student travel.
- Regularly meet with the club officers to discuss issues, concerns and status of club requirements.
- Assist clubs in coordinating events like tournaments, competitions, fundraiser's and recruitment.
- Help ensure club members act and represent the university in a positive and professional manner.
- Communicate any concerns or questions to the coordinator.
- Occasional set up and take down for club events.
- Occasional weekend supervision of events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- Must be certified in CPR and First Aid (training can be provided).
- Must be highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Be a self-starter and constantly look to improve service to students and staff.
- Willing and able to work afternoons, some evenings and weekends as required.
- Must like to work with people.

Need 4-6 students to work 10-15 hours per week. *Prefer Work-Study *Open to all Students
Outdoor Pursuits Trip Leaders:
Outdoor Pursuits & Rental Shop Trip Leaders will develop and lead outdoor adventure trips, with an emphasis on guiding rafting trips throughout the summer quarter.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparations, implementation, and debriefing of outdoor adventure trips throughout the year.
- Attend mandatory safety and guide trainings
- Assist in participant trainings prior to departure of adventure trips.
- Assist campus community in development of new outdoor programs.
- Advise customers on locations for recreation-camping, snowshoeing, river floating, etc.
- Assist in rental shop operations and maintenance of outdoor equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- Ability to communicate well.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and time constraints.
- Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Prior Experience leading groups in the outdoors.
- Current Basic First Aid and CPR Certifications. Advanced First Aid or Wilderness First Responder preferred.

Job Title: Challenge Course Facilitator

Need up to 14 to work 10-15 hours a week during Summer Quarter. *Prefer Work-Study
Challenge Course Facilitator:
The Challenge Course Facilitator will prepare programs for groups using the Challenge Course. The Challenge Course Facilitator will prepare and maintain all Challenge Course equipment, as well as the Challenge Course storage facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Challenge Course programs for small or large groups.
- Perform site assessments before programs to help ensure safety.
- Monitor Challenge Course participants for safety and positive group dynamics.
- Process group experiences after the completion of Challenge Course events.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Able to adapt plans to accommodate needs of group.
- Experience with Challenge Course facilitation.
