For full day programs, a lunch break will be provided. There is a minimum of 8 participants required for each of the challenge program options.

Challenge Descriptions
2.5 Hour Low Course includes games, warm-ups, initiatives, and low challenge ground based activities ONLY.

4 Hour High Course includes some of the above plus a high course option specific to the goals of your group.

8 hour Combo Course is a comprehensive program which includes all of the above, and a scheduled break for lunch.*

*Lunch can be arranged with campus catering, at an additional charge.
