<  Equestrian  ~  Free Performance Fitness Conditioning

"New" Performance Fitness Conditioning brought to you by University Recreation and the Collegiate Sports Club Department is being held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:45 - 7:50 am on Court D in the gym at the Recreation Center. This new program is instructed by: Devin Snyder, Bethany Sutherland, Christopher Walsh, and Andrea Archer who are current Exercise Science majors will start on Monday October 6th at 6:45 - 7:50 am and be offered through the Fall quarter. Some of the exercise areas that will be covered during the sessions will be speed, agility, plyometrics, core, and endurance training. So, if you feel that you are not getting enough out of your training and you feel that you need that extra edge then come join us at the Recreation Center.
