Wildcat Access is the only, full color digital advertising system available on the Central Washington University campus for community organizations, commercial businesses, on-campus clubs and departments.

Wildcat Access advertisements run on five, 42-inch plasma screen monitors strategically located throughout CWU’s Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC). Each advertisement runs for 15 seconds in a queue, playing once every three to five minutes.

The SURC is the central meeting place for CWU students, faculty, staff as well as community members and campus guests. It is home to a variety of services including university dining, the Wildcat Shop bookstore, meeting and conference rooms, entertainment venues, the Recreation Center and many other student services. With an average of 8,000 building entries each day, the SURC is the most highly trafficked facility on Central’s campus.

The five plasma screens are located on both levels of the SURC. There are four screens on the first floor near the dining, marketplace and the pit fireplace lounge. The fifth screen is on the second floor mezzanine, between the theatre and ballroom.

There are two options for designing your ad. You may provide your own ad, or our graphic design staff can create an ad tailored to your target audience.

If you choose to create your own ad, we will provide you with the necessary creative guidelines to run effectively on Wildcat Access. *Please allow one week for ad approval process and requested adjustments if necessary.

If you would like our graphic design staff to design your ad there is a one-time design fee (see pricing). *Please allow two weeks for design production and ad approval process.
