Joint CWU-Anhui University Biodiversity and Primate Field Research Program in China

Central Washington University's study abroad program in Huangshan, China. Students are enrolled in three classes; one each in Anthropology, Psychology and Biology, while gaining hands-on experience studying habituted Tibetan macaques.

Orangutan Foundation International

Non-profit organization, founded by Dr. Birute Galdikas, dedicated to the conservation of wild orangutans and their habitats.

The World Conservation Union

The world's oldest and largest global environmental network, including government officials, organizations and volunteer scientists worldwide. The IUCN's Red List assesses the conservation status of species, providing taxonomic and distribution information of species, along with their conservation status, ranging from "Not Evaluated" to "Extinct."
