CWUP 2-60-135 Parking Violations Appeals Board

Reports to the vice president for student affairs and enrollment management and reviews written and verbal information with regard to a parking violation and decides to either uphold the ticket, dismiss the ticket, or reduce the fine.

Membership:
3 ex-officio (non-voting) [campus police chief or designee, 2 parking enforcement officers], 5 appointed [1 faculty (plus 1 alternate), 1 civil service (plus 3 alternates), 3 students]
