IT Capital Projects

Washington State pays for its long-term investments in public lands and facilities through the state Capital Budget process in each biennial budget cycle. CWU normally acquires some funding for these types of projects. Our group supports these projects by interfacing the many different groups inside the Information Technology Services Department with Facilities Management Department and CWU campus community. Our goal is to bring together the best technologies to meet the needs of our campus users in a productive, organized, and timely manner to support the Capital Budget process.

We aid in the design of the voice and data-networking infrastructure to meet the needs of these projects in addition to supporting the process of procurement and installation of technologies that are required to provide IT services to our campus.
