Lab4 Nutrition Database(ND)

1. If you have not, then download ND from Microsoft. Save it on the N: drive.

2. The Help window should automatically open when downloading the ND. Find and study the following topics:

a. Getting started with Access 2007

b. Learn how to add, edit, or delete records

c. Learn how to import or link to data

d. Locate specific records in a database

3. Do these in lab. Check in with grader before leaving.

4. Do as much of this as lab time allows.

5. Continue recording your food intake, weight and exercise starting today. Keep a paper record for complete/accurate recording.

6. If you haven’t finished the tutorials, do so before next lecture.
