The construction phase of the new music facility has been put
on hold while the state government re-assesses its budget. $400
million of capital allocations were made in the current biannual
(the 2001-2003 period) for the state of Washington and all are

both Central Washington University and WWU in the Great Northwest
Athletic Conference. Recruiting and bragging rights were very
