The conference committee has gone to great lengths to plan a stimulating conference while emphasizing good stewardship of the environment. Throughout this website we’ve highlighted ways that you can reduce your carbon footprint while still exploring the city and enjoying the educational programs.
This conference is about options, from the four pre-conference institutes to the wide variety of sessions that will be offered. There will be ample time to network with old and new colleagues and we have dynamic keynote speakers planned.
Portland and the surrounding area offer many attractions and destinations that will have you arriving early or extending your stay. You might want to spend a day exploring Portland, travel to Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge or make the drive to Oregon’s rocky coast. Experience the beauty of the region, along with the cuisine and the hospitality of the Pacific Northwest.
