Trombone Choir

The CWU Trombone Club serves the promotion of all things trombone. We, as students, encourage any fans or players of the instrument here at Central to join and enjoy all the fellowship, repertoire, and history the trombone has to offer. For more information please contact Dr. Mark Babbitt.

The Central Washington University Trombone Choir provides an excellent way for developing basic trombone skills, including cueing, blending, projecting, shaping phrases, tuning, combating performance anxiety, and interacting and communicating with others in a positive and productive musical fashion.

Membership in the CWU Trombone Choir is by audition and includes both trombone majors and non-music majors. Most of all, participants gain musical enjoyment and a feeling of camaraderie.
