Music: Sonata-Sonatina Registration

This year we are offering two options for submitting your festival registration. You can submit a PDF registration form via e-mail after filling it in from your computer keyboard, or you can print and mail your registration form to us. In either case we highly recommend printing a copy for your records.

1. Fill in the Online PDF form from your computer keyboard.
2. Print a copy for your records
3. Click the submit button and follow on screen instructions that appear.
   (if your email program does not open up ready to send the file, or you use web based e-mail, you can save the form to your desktop and attach it to an e-mail sent to star@cwu.edu.
   If you don't like computers, print and mail the form in to the address)
