Music: Joseph Brooks

Joseph Brooks, by virtue of his solo performance on clarinet, oboe, and saxophone, has become recognized as a consummate woodwind performer. As a Guest artist and clinician he has frequented college and university campuses in the Northwest, Southwest and Midwest United States. He has served as the solo clarinetist with the United States Continental Army Band, principal clarinet and featured soloist with the Rome Festival Orchestra and has been heard in recital at the International Clarinet Convention. His breadth of musical experience has made him a master of many musical styles.

Mr. Brooks received his M.M. degree in woodwind performance from the University of Oregon. He has been a member of the faculty at Walla Walla College, Whitman College, Western Kentucky University, and is presently a woodwind professor at Central Washington University.
