Introduction
You are visting San Diego Zoo for you family summer vacation.  As your family walks the streets yo unotice you come to a crowd of people screaming.  The animals of the Zoo have escaped.  Your job is to find out more information on four animals that need to be placed back in the Zoo.  Putting the pandas in the elephants exhibit will not be good because they both require different things.  So find out the things you need to know to put the animals back in their correct habitat.

The animals you will be looking up are:
Task
With a partner, you will be finding out where these animals are from and the kind of habitat they live in.  You need to know what they need, so you can put them back in their correct exhibit that is designed specially for them.  Looking on the internet to find information, you will find out the important things that your animals do to survive.  You will make a poster of the information you find to present to the class to show what you have learned about these different animals.

Research information about the animals and make sure to find these specific items:
Construct
Use the resources available to you (poster board and markers) and make a poster that represents these different animals.  Check the rubric to make sure you have completed all that is required of you to complete your project.

Evaluation
Your poster will be graded on the following criteria.  Be sure tto add the information needed.

Now that you have placed the animals back in their correct exhibits you and your family can enjoy the rest of your family vacation enjoying all the animals of the San Diego Zoo.
