Issue 1: Collegiate “speech codes” which ban the use of racial and gender epithets (faggot, N-word, C-word) which are directed at a specific individual for the purposed of demeaning that individual, violate the free speech clause in the 1^st Amendment.

Issue 2: The words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance are a violation of the Establishment clause in the 1^st Amendment.

Issue 3: Library internet filters which block all sexually explicit sites are a violation of the 1^st Amendment.

Issue 4: Sex offender registries are a violation of the 5^th Amendment’s ban on “double jeopardy”

Issue 5: Laws banning incest between consenting adults violate the right to privacy.

Issue 6: Utah’s law mandating executions by firing squad violates the 8^th Amendment’s ban on “cruel and unusual punishment.”
