"Literature
adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It enriches the
necessary competencies that daily life requires and provides; and in
this respect, it irrigates the deserts that our lives have
already become."- C.S. Lewis
About Me:
Hi,
I am a student at Central Washington University in Ellensburg,
Washington. I plan on becoming a High School English Teacher.
I am from Port Orchard and plan to be moving back after I am
completely done with school.
I have
been married almost six years to my husband, Steve who is also a
student at CWU, majoring in Law Enforcement. We have two
children, J.R and Lex, who are the
highlight of my life.
I
love helping people and am very passionate about English which is why I
chose to become a teacher. I am planning to come back to CWU to
get an MA in English after I graduate. After I recieve and MA in
English, I plan to teach English at a high school. Later, I plan
on returning to CWU to get an MA in Educational Administration. I
then plan to teach English at a high school for a while longer, then
become a principle.
