For information on careers in general, like how much a police officer makes or how many jobs there will be for lawyers in the next 5 years, the very best resource on the internet is the Bureau of Labor homepage. Everything from statistics to information on hundreds of different careers is available. For the handbook click on publications, then on occupational outlook handbook, for all the most updated information on careers. If you are looking for a job there are several useful sites that can help. One of the most popular is the Job Factory. It has links to virtually every newspaper in North America, links to recruiters, employers, as well as an area to post your resume online for potential employers to view. Other sites, like CareerMosaic, America's Job Bank and Job-Hunt offer similar tools and resources.For law enforcement and corrections jobs, the link "L.E.
