| Five to Ten Passes | |||||||||||||
| Description: For this
activity, players will be lined up in basic offensive and defensive
positions. The offense must do either five or ten passes before shooting.
When the offense gets to five passes, they have earned one point. They can
now shoot for one point if they wish. However, if they choose to try for
ten passes, they earn three points and if they make the shot after the ten
passes, the goal is worth two points instead of one. Meanwhile, the
defense is trying to either intercept the passes, or disrupt things to the
point where they recover a mishandled ball. If they do either of these
they earn two points. There is five possessions before teams switch from
offense to defense. Have as many rotations as time
allows. Student Name: Team Name: Offense Possession # Points Earned 1 2 3 4 5 Defense Possession # Points Earned 1 2 3 4 5 | |||||||||||||
