Shots:
1.  Bowled delivery-The bowl is delivered underarm to run along the  ground and end up as near to the pallino as possible.

2.  Raised bowl-The bowl is delivered underarm through the air to end up as near as possible to the pallino.

3.  Throw-The bowl is thrown underarm into the air after a run-up, the objective being to displace either the pallino ball or an opponents bowl.

-Make sure to shoot behind the line.

-All  throws are underhand.

-Try to get the ball as close to target as possible.

-Have students aim for a line about 15 yards away using all three styles of throwing.

-Have students compete against each other to see who can get closest to a target (line).

Aiming:
1.  Have students split up into different groups that will go around between stations.  In these stations each will have a specific target to aim for.
-Throw inside a hula hoop.

-Hit a specific line.

-Stackers will be set up where the students must try and land next to the stackers as close as possible.

-Have another station set up with two different colored stackers and have one color be the opponents ball be one color.  They must shoot the ball between the blue stacker and the white stacker.  If they are able to do this then they receive a point.

-Have gator balls set up around in an area and the students must be able to land there ball on or around it and try to make it move towards a cone.  This will help them practice moving the pallino ball towards their own colors.

-Make sure that students practice and use correct form and style for each area.

-Have students pair up for each station so that the have someone to compare and help each other out with.

-See if you can get the ball between stackers five times.

-See if you can get it inside of the hoop 5 times.

-Have them throw to different distances creating some challenge.

-If they have done it once, see if the can do it again in the same spot.

Angle of release:
-Have students release the ball at different heights and points in throw.

-Have them throw the ball 15 yards.

-Next have them throw the ball 15 yards.

-Finally have them throw a ball over something.

-Now have the students compete the differences in the throw and see which type worked best for them in each situation.

-Make sure that no one is  in front of you.

-Try throwing the ball two different ways for each distance always underhand.

-See where your hand ends up and where you let go of the ball compared to your body.

Generating force:
1.  Have different stations set up for the students to go in-between.
-A line about 10 feet away and object is to land on or within a foot.

-Two cones about five feet apart parallel to the line the students are on.  It is about 15 feet away and they want to have the ball land over the line.  You must throw overhand.  The ball must stay within three feet.

-Stackers will be places sporadically in an area with different colors.  the object is to hit the stacker on top of them.  For each color there will be different points awarded.  This will also depend on how far away the stackers are.  For instance if the red stackers are close they would be worth 5 points, yellow 10, white 15, and green 20 points.  this allows for a challenge to see who can get the most amount of points.

-Students must roll the ball onto designated lines (lines on a football field work).  Have them start out with five yards away up to 20 yards away.

-Have hula hoops set up around an area and see if they can get a ball to land and stay in it.

-Make sure that you stress the forces that are used in each of the stations.  For the shorter ones you use less force than you would for the targets that are farther away from you.

-Have students try to hit the same target 5 times.

-Have the students explain how much force that they are using.

-Use really far targets and really close target and have them go in-between them to see and feel the difference.

The students will learn from this unit a life long activity that they could enjoy.  It is an easy game with not a lot of stress going on your body and yet fulfills the competition inside of you.
