GroupWise FiltersGroupWise filters can be used to quickly narrow down what's displayed within GroupWise so you can focus on what you need. For example, you want to file away all the e-mail you've gotten regarding a project and it's all still in the Mailbox folder. You can filter the Mailbox folder to show only those e-mails, grab them all at once and file them away. Filters can also be used to help you search for a specific e-mail. For example, you remember getting an e-mail from a co-worker about a project you are working on but you don't remember when you got it. Use the Filter tool to show only those e-mails from your co-worker so you can shorten your search. Filters can be saved too so you if you find yourself using one more than once (like filtering for unread items), then save it for future use. The following are some tips on using filters within GroupWise. Predefined FiltersTo quickly filter any folder using one of the predefined filters that come with GroupWise
Once a filter is selected, only those items that match the filter criteria will display. Note: Some folders are already set to show only certain items anyway such as Sent Items. Creating a Custom FilterTo search GroupWise using your own criteria,
