Information Technology Services: Training Policy (Draft)

Training for Public Agencies outside CWU

Purpose:

To offer training opportunities to outside agencies, where space is available after any interested CWU personnel have registered.

Policy:

Non CWU employees are invited to register for training classes offered through the Information Technology Services department if there is excess capacity. Interested parties will be contacted five working days prior to the scheduled class, and notified that they can attend. A wait list will be maintained in the ITS Training office, and individuals will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis of space availability.
