RightFax® is a fax server product integrated with CallXpress Unified Messaging. Your faxes, as well as voice mail and e-mail messages, are all available through a single user interface thanks to CallXpress Unified Messaging (UM). With UM Full or ICA, you can have parties send faxes to your CWU phone number. The fax will be transferred to your e-mail box, along with e-mails and voice mails.
RightFax will also enable outbound faxing from your desk with various document converter tools:
- PDF Converter - allows you to convert PDF and PostScript files to fax format.
- Doc-on-Demand - enables users to call and order documents via touch tone phone.
