PC vs. MAC:

Macintosh or PC is totally up to the preference of the individual. While a few academic programs on campus have specific recommendations for their students, it should be noted that in 2005-2006, 96% of students attending CWU brought a computer to campus and 95% of these were PCs.

Laptop vs. Desktop:

Laptop or desktop is based upon your preference. To take advantage of the mobility offered by the wireless technology across campus, laptop or tablet computers are recommended. In 2005/2006 over 60% of new CWU students had a laptop computer.
