Account Request and Support Services

• Student Account Password Change - For students to change their Novell and GroupWise passwords.
• Faculty / Staff Request a Netware / GroupWise Account - For authorized department personal (department secretary) to request accounts for new Faculty and Staff. Please click on "This Utility".

Desktop / Client Computer Services

• Computer Pricing / Orders: To view the current computer prices.
• Software - Information for ordering software.  For software related questions please contact Pat Jack x3499.
• Computer Data Jack Move, Add, Change Form (DCR): For requesting a new data jack or to move equipment to another existing jack.
• Help: To request emergency and/or routine ITS Support to the ITS Help Desk (repair, maintenance, etc.)
