BlackBerry...what is it? A BlackBerry is a Personal Digital Assistant, or PDA. It can be used to make cell phone calls, check your GroupWise email and calendar, manage your contacts, surf the web, and more. For help on ordering a BlackBerry, go to www.cwu.edu/~its/blackberry/getnewpda.html.

The purpose of this site is to provide CWU employees using BlackBerry PDA's with information on using these devices. This site contains user guides, and FAQ page, any known problems, as well as tips & tricks that we and others have discovered.
