Services for International Students

The International Student Advisor (ISA) can help you:

  • Understand CWU requirements as they relate to your particular program of study and particularly with the general education requirements
  • Authorize withdrawing from a course if you will drop below the required minimum quarterly credit load considered "full time" by immigration (12 credits, undergraduate; 10, CWU graduate student)
  • Anytime during the quarter, and especially by mid-quarter, if you feel you are struggling or failing a class
  • Plan your class schedule before pre-registration
  • Withdraw from your academic program during the quarter and return home
  • Take a leave of absence and return home but return to CWU in the future
  • Return home during the quarter for a family emergency
  • If you become ill and cannot attend classes
  • If you need academic help in a course
  • Petitioning to receive credit for previous university coursework
  • If you have been accepted in a CWU Study Abroad Program

You can access your grades and other information about your academic progress through the Wildcat Information Network (WIN). Go to Wildcat Information Network.
