What is Work/Life?

• Working with employees, supervisors, managers, and department heads to find creative and mutually acceptable solutions to work/life balance issues.
• Supporting staff in meeting their work and family needs through consultation, and referral to campus and community resources.
• Providing information on a variety of issues such as leave, childcare, flexible work schedules, telework, and other areas that may impact individuals at a variety of stages during their lifetime.
