Phase 4: Marketing plan is determined

Joy Corbett , Recruitment Specialist, is available to assist you to evaluate advertising source options. Human Resources maintains a list of widely used advertising resources.

During this phase, the Recruitment Specialist will assist the team to:

1.) Finalize the posting
2.) Select recruitment Sources
3.) Write/develop language for ads (Example)
4.) Determine duration of advertising and recruiting
5.) Decide on a screening date
6.) Determine the method of placing the ad
