Phase 2: Evaluate and define the position. Consult with your HR Representatives to ensure the required components are created or updated within the position description and that your position is properly classified (for civil service) or exempted (for administrative positions). Joy Corbett, Recruitment Specialist, will work with Department Chairs and/or Search Committee Chairs to ensure the information on the faculty worksheet is complete before proceeding to posting and announcement. The worksheets and information below is provided to assist you in the creation and proper classification of your position. Please continue to consult with Human Resources throughout this process. |
