1. Classified Staff in Bargaining Unit I (Article 25.2)
   • Scheduled
     • Regular = five consecutive and uniformly scheduled 8-hour days in a 7-day period.
     • Alternate = 40-hour schedule other than 5 uniform and consecutive 8-hour days in a 7-day period.
   • Excepted
     • Positions exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act by meeting the definition of executive, administrative or professional.

   • Overtime-eligible or overtime-exempt
