Leave without Pay (LWOP) - Civil Service Only

LWOP is only submitted after all applicable accrued leave has been exhausted, except for:

  • L&I cases
  • FMLA
  • Inclement Weather
  • Military Leave

No annual leave or sick leave will accrue during a month with more than 10 days of LWOP.
