For the past year, she has assisted FMD with the implementation of a new work order system. Lisa was responsible for testing the account distribution within the new system. Her quality of work and attention to detail aided the implementation team. Since the new work order system has gone live, Lisa is always willing to help and instruct users with the new system. She was instrumental in the development of the training materials.
Lisa's ability to keep up with the financial demands of the capital construction project has promoted FMD/CWU's credibility with the Washington state Department of Energy.
She assists students, FMD employees, contractors, consultants and the general public with a willingness to help solve their problems.
