Kristi always goes above and beyond the call of duty, and provides exemplary support in her training duties, and other responsibilities; providing the highest level of customer support to her customers. Kristi is always looking for ways to increase her skills.
She is constantly learning more and more about applications she teaches. She writes her own training materials and is exceptional in putting together concise, clear, and helpful booklets for her classes.
Without a doubt, the ITS department and more importantly CWU look better because of the actions of Kristi.
