Kim supports the PeopleSoft systems and has one of the most detailed, difficult and ever changing jobs that there is on campus. Kim's high quality and quantity of work scored her an "Outstanding+" on her performance evaluation. Her knowledge of the complexity of the PeopleSoft systems benefits the university by her ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems to get the system up and running. She accomplishes an amazing amount of work while still maintaining a high level of standards for everything that is accomplished.
Kim is always one to volunteer to step forward to work on issues no matter what the deadline.
She is one of the unsung heroes in IT that you don't hear about.
