Ken Young

Employee of the Month for May 2006

Ken, in his role as the primary Helpdesk resource, is the 'face' of ITS for many of our customers. Ken provides Helpdesk technical support for all students, staff and faculty of the CWU campus community. I see that he strives to develop and communicate information that is timely and accurate for our customers. His friendly and knowledgeable demeanor is how we at ITS want to work with our customers, where we make them feel at ease and comfortable, regardless of the question.
