Darlene exemplifies the phrase 'grace under pressure.' With extraordinary competency, she attends to the administrative details of dozens of Continuing Ed. courses and programs. Darlene consistently provides excellent customer service. Continuing Education Program faculty work closely with Darlene and depend upon her competence, the program participants benefit from her warmth and patience and the Continuing Education staff appreciates her skill and spirit. I think of Darlene as the anchor of Continuing Education.
