Rob is a CWU staff member that consistently meets or exceeds the needs and expectations of others. Not only does he produce quality outcomes, but he will often go beyond your initial request to deliver more than you expected! He errs on the side of being overly committed to Central, and that's not a bad quality to have in an employee.
