William O. Douglas Honors College

As a secretary in the William O. Douglas Honors College, she has this year shown exceptional ability and proficiency in working with the students, staff and faculty, when the Honors College moved into new quarters. Camie has been invaluable in making our new home comfortable and welcoming to both faculty and staff. What began in late July as a suite of very cluttered offices emerged this December as a comfortable area where we feel at home. All this has been due to Camie's great sense of organization and style. While the move was taking place, she was also designing the new Honors College brochure, a new publication now used in our student recruitment program. Her work in creating a warm and welcoming workplace, as well as a positive environment for students, demonstrates her skill and ability to promote team building and workplace harmony, to create a positive image of our program, and to display innovation and organization. She simply makes everyone else's task easier, and doesn't even know how much she is appreciated by all of us.
