Greg is lead analyst for the PeopleSoft financial management system application. Greg is one of the most skilled technical programmers that I have in the Applications group. During this last year, since we were very short staffed, I asked him to take on two additional projects: the replacement of Position Control and the creation of a custom code in the PeopleSoft sign-on process. Both were major projects requiring significant investment in time. In order to implement the Wildcat Connection portal with an automated sign-on to PeopleSoft, we needed someone to dissect the appropriate part of PeopleSoft's program and put that knowledge to work by developing a new sign-on process that could detect a variety of information about the user. No one on our staff had any insight into the way this routine worked. Greg took it on, learned from any sources he could get his hands on and was able to meet the need. When Greg has been put on a project, I can depend on him for the project to be done right and in a timely manner.
