Student clubs and organizations will also be on hand so that you can find out information about how to get involved and have fun at CWU.
For the recreation minded--the incredible Recreation Center will be in full swing with plenty of room and activity for you to re-energize from your busy day. Climb the 50 foot climbing wall; get a pick-up basketball game together with some new friends. Walk or run on the 1/8 mile indoor track or make like a washing machine and try spinning and cycling…

Stereotypes can hurt deeply and impair our abilities to see and accept the complex truths of our selves and one another. This theatrical production seeks to heal our fractured selves and
communities by unveiling and debunking the socially constructed myths of identity that divide-to-conquer us daily. Featuring CWU student voices, this original social he Artistry production honors and amplifies truth, exposing constructs and expanding concepts and capacities through personal expression.

In his program, Ross Szabo addresses the growing number of college students that are dealing with mental health issues and how the use of alcohol can play a negative role in coping strategies.
