Spring is always an exciting time for University Housing & New Student Programs. We have just finished the majority of our student staff hiring for fall. Also about 80 percent of our expected returning students have completed the Housing Re-application process for 2010-2011. The housing re-application process is still available online for the other 20 percent of you who are still deliberating about next year. [p.s. We would love to have you back.]
DINING PLAN CHANGES: The start of a new quarter also brings with it the opportunity for students currently on Dining Plans to change to one of the other options for the final quarter of this year. This process is available online from 8:00 a.m March, 26, 2010 through 5:00 p.m. April 5, 2010.
In addition to fall preparations we are also "Rolling Out the Crimson Carpet" for all students that have been accepted to Central with the Wildcat Day on April 17th. There is no registration process for this event, please arrive with your family and friends between 8:30 and 9:50 a.m. at the Student Union and Recreation Building. The second phase of our welcome/orientation program is Discover Orientation and registration will be available here online mid-April.
While we have a lot of things that are looking towards the next academic year, our staff remains excited about building strong communities that foster lifelong friendship and fond memories.
