Welcome to CWU Counseling Services
Licensed counselors, psychologist and pre-doctoral interns provide CWU students with counseling and mental health services.
Services Provided

Individual counseling for mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders,
incest and rape trauma, and relationships.

Group sessions to address issues such as ADHD, stress management, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and surviving sexual assault.
|
|
Workshops and presentations for classes, residence halls, conferences, and community organizations.
|
|
Consultations with residence hall staff, CWU faculty and staff, and occasional community members.
|
|
Counseling services are provided without charge. Appointments are recommended.
Fall, Winter & Spring Quarter Hours
Mon, Wed & Fri — 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tues, Thur — 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Crisis situations will be addressed immediately.
