My
name is Ashley Hart and I am a.... "senior" at Central Washington
University. I am a transfer student from Gonzaga University in Spokane.
I say senior with quotations because even though I am a senior by
credits, I won't be graduating until Spring quarter 2010. I will be
going in to a 5th year of college in order to obtain a second degree.
I
am a double major in Elementary Education and English/Language Arts
Teaching. I hope to be either a Middle School or High School
English/Language Arts teacher.
Teaching
runs in my family. My mother, my grandmother, my aunt, my great aunt
and my great grandmother were all teachers in southern California.
I
am an only child who grew up in Newport Beach, California and spent my
junior high/high school years in the small town of Maple Valley,
Washington. I love all sports, except golf because I find it boring to
watch and tedious to play. My favorite sport is soccer and I've played
it for 17 years. I like to go hiking and camping and doing anything
outdoors is always exciting for me. I play the guitar and piano so
music is also a big interest in my life.
However, the biggest interest
in my life is teaching! I can't wait to get in to my own classroom and
begin my career as a professional educator!!!

If you can't find a lesson plan you like on those websites, here is a lesson plan of mine I wrote for my EDCS 311 course which incorporates technology. Enjoy!
