A good online source for C# is Microsoft's own . Included on this site is a C# Language Reference and a series of C# tutorials

Programming Windows

Programming Microsoft Windows with C# by Charles Petzold

My favorite book on learning C# is Programming Microsoft Windows with C# by Charles Petzold. I like it because it takes a "Notepad" style approach rather than the "Wizard" style approach of Visual Studio.
