  1. Be able to put together a personal fitness program –Weight training/aerobic training
  2. Assess their own level of fitness programs
  3. Be able to set attainable goals for their fitness
  4. Understand rules and guidelines for all the individual and team sports participated in
  5. Knowledge of offensive and defensive strategies
  6. Understand the importance of leading a healthy active lifestyle
  7. Know how to perform many lifetime skills
  8. Know about activity that can be performed outside of school
  9. Work through conflict to reach resolution
  10. Be able to put together a personal nutrition plan
  11. Understand the difference between Aerobic/Anaerobic exercise
  12. Be able to perform passing and catching drills with mastery
  13. Be able to perform correct shooting form
  14. Understand how to assure safety when participating in activity
