Financial Aid

Important Dates for Winter Aid:

• January 5: Classes begin
• January 5-11: Change of class schedule
• January 7 (night of): Aid will credit to student account if enrolled full time.
• January 11: CENSUS day
  Note: You must be fully enrolled on CENSUS day to receive full grant aid
• January 12: Financial Aid adjustments– aid will be adjusted and applied to the account based on CENSUS date enrollment including part time students
• Please contact Student Financial Services for the date of distribution of excess funds (refund).
  

Dates to Remember:

• October 1- February 1: Submit the General Scholarship Application
• March 15: FAFSA priority deadline
• June 1: Verification for enrollment priority deadline
  Students who meet these deadlines will be considered for institutional aid

2010 Satisfactory Progress Policy

General guideline for undergraduate students:

• Maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
• Complete all attempted credits
• Graduate prior to 270 attempted credits

Alternative loans are an aid of last resort. Please speak to a Financial Aid counselor.
