Career/Technical Education - Teacher Preparation FAQQ: What is the 2009-10 tuition rate? A: The CWU Board of Trustees have set the tuition rate at $183.90 per credit up to $1,839.00 plus the regular technical fee charge. Q: What are my CWU ID number and PIN? A: These are numbers unique to each student. At the time of your first registration, (if you registered for the first time after summer quarter of 2002) you were assigned a CWU ID number and PIN. These were sent to you in a letter by CWU Admissions. If you are unable to locate these numbers call Registrars Office at 509-963-3001, and we will assist you in obtaining them. Q: How do I get my Novell Username and Password? In your CWU acceptance letter you will find the following information: Your Student ID and PIN numbers are as follows: These two numbers are important. Don?t lose them. Follow the instructions in the letter to create your user name and password or go to: www.cwu.edu/mypassword .
When you have filled in the fields and submitted the form, the window that pops up will show your account information, including your user name. We suggest you print this for future reference. At this point you have an "applicant" account that is limited to Safari access only. You won't have access to GroupWise email, network storage, wireless networking, or be able to login on a CWU computer. After you register for classes, your account status will change (usually within 24 hours) to "student" status and you will have full access to CWU computing resources. However, in order to activate your GroupWise account, you'll need to resubmit the form at: www.cwu.edu/mypassword (you can enter the same password you're currently using). That will synchronize your network and email passwords and you'll then be able to login to GroupWise using your Safari login information. For further information go to the following links: http://www.cwu.edu/~its/accounts.html Q: What is GroupWise? A: GroupWise is the e-mail system used by CWU faculty, staff and students. For information on activating your CWU GroupWise e-mail account, go to http://www.cwu.edu/~its. Q: How do I get onto Group Wise email, Safari student information and Blackboard? The menu on the left-hand side of the page will have links to your Groupwise email, Safari student information and BlackBoard account.
