The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) consists of programs offering undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as minor areas of study. These programs prepare students for a variety of careers in diverse professional areas. From teaching to planning events, policy planning for families to designing offices, leading trips and camps to managing and selling fashion and MUCH MORE. The FCS Programs contain challenging and rewarding areas of study and the faculty members are noted for their enthusiastic approach to the academic preparation of future career professionals.
