Maintain central boiler plant and chiller plants, satellite boilers, underground plumbing utilities, irrigation systems and building mechanical equipment and plumbing.

Services Provided

The mechanical shops include the Plumbing and Welding shops. We maintain a variety of steam, hydronic, chilled water, potable water, irrigation, and sewer systems throughout campus. We also maintain mechanical equipment in both the academic and auxiliary buildings campus wide. Our daily maintenance work ensures these systems function safely and efficiently. In addition, we are often called upon to provide emergency repairs at any hour of the day or night. Our welding shop provides complete fabrication and repair services to the campus as well as supporting the other Facilities Management shops as required.
