The process for using our services varies according to the nature of your need. The initial steps to get started, however, are similar for all projects.

The first step in obtaining help to solve your problem is to contact Facilities Management's Customer Service staff at 963-3000. The staff of this area will help define your problem and direct your request to the proper personnel.
